When I took apart my Taurus G2c a couple of weeks ago to figure out a trigger issue, I did not bother to research how to do it. Looked like a Glock assembly pretty much with just a couple of pins.
All was going well until I lifted the trigger mechanism housing out of the frame and felt something hit my hand and then my leg, then watched another small part fall off. I found the small part, but not what hit my leg. Went on Youtube and discovered that it was a 2.5mm ball that was the safety detent. Looked on my dark blue carpet, with hundreds of spent primers on it, and spent about half an hour trying to find a small silver ball in a sea of small silver discs.
Finally gave up and ordered 100 of them on Amazon for $4.99. Got them a few days later and installed one and the gun is perfect.
