I have Ruger Old Army for which I cast balls with Lyman .457 round ball molds.
I am very satisfied with both product but recently I found on the web following product Davide Pedersoli Roller
http://www.davide-pedersoli.com/?item=AccessoriDettaglio&CategoriaId=1350&lang=en
Does anybody has experience with that product or something similar.
I know that frankonia in germany sells it but I did not find anyone else that offers this or similar product.
So if anyone some suggestion or advice it will be appreciated

Interesting tool. I think it would be beneficial for anyone looking for that last bit of accuracy. If you have already addressed the chamber and barrel diameters this tool may be a good addition.

If it can fine tune the roundness of the balls and swage back the mold sprue remant then it may just make the cast balls more spherical and come out much more like the Speers and Hornady balls. Those one have no sprue nub nor any sign of a mold line. I'm guessing they cast them and run them through a similar process but on a larger scale.

I get the same effect (no sprue nub or seam lines) by running a batch of cast balls in my case tumbler for about 20-30 minutes. They come out looking just like the Hornady/Speer swaged balls. By the way BCRider, the Hornady/Speer balls are swaged from lead wire, not cast.

If you put a bunch of cast round ball in a cookie tin and place it in the trunk of your vehicle, the jostling from driving does a similar thing. Found that out driving to matches.
