Not the 72 caliber version but I have handled and shot the 45 caliber target rifle. If the larger bored rifle is built to the same standards, it ought to be a tack driver. The 45 is one of the rifles often in the winners circle, outshooting such standards as the Whitworth and even many of the cartridge rifles.

Very cool, I've always liked the looks of the Gibbs but wished they came in a bigger caliber for hunting (not that I can afford one anyway). This looks like just the ticket.
