DCs Brady Score

What would DC's score be. I started to try to run the test for DC and found out that I don't know the DC laws very well. Here is the grading criteria. Can someone provide some input.

Utah is AWESOME! We only get 4 out of 100 and even beat out Texas. Kentucky and Oklahoma tie for first with 2 points each.
