I have shot .22 rifles and pistols for years as a hobby and I love it. I have never done any of the competition shooting but I am kind of getting interested in that I just dont know much about it. I am trying to decide between these two buckmark pistols and would appreciate it if anyone can pursuade me to go with either. The first one ive been looking at is the Bullseye Target Stainless with the 7.25 barrel. It is definetely the prettier of the two but also heavier and more expensive. The other on is the Buckmark Lite Gray or Lite Green also with the 7.25 barrel. It is lighter weight which i have always liked in a pistol. If anyone has had experience with these two guns any reviews or comparisons would be much appreciated.

Can't help with those two options. I have the cheapo Camper model and love it.

I'm willing to bet that any Buckmark will make you happy. Just choose the one with the looks and features you like best.

I don't know about either of those pistols nor about competition shooting so take this for what it's worth. If I were in your situation I would get the one that was most comfortable in your hand and had the sights you liked the best.

Sometimes it's best, when you are undecided beween two excellent firearms, to abandon your budget and get them both. You may catch a bit of the dickens in the short term, but you'll be far, far happier in the long term. You also will be able to take your sweet time determining which of the two you should have purchased ... first.

As far as looks go yea the bullseye stainless looks the best. I doubt any of them perform any different. If you want to save a few dollars I would go with the gray.

I have several models of Buckmarks. They are all great pistols. I have a stainless Bullseye model that I like a lot. However, I think that my base model Camper shoots as good as the more expensive models.

The Bullseye model looks really nice.

Any Buckmark should perform well for you.

Best regards.

Thanks for all the great replies guys. Since money is a little tight with me right now I think I will get the cheaper one but as soon as I save up a little more cash I will get the bullseye too. I will maybe use one for open sights and put a red dot or something on the other. I have fell in love with these pistols and haven't even owned one yet lol. I havent read anything but great stuff about them though.
