very common sense oriented

That's the biggest part of it. The other important factor is state laws, which may overlap the common sense portion.

The last section in your test will probably be a multiple choice paper/pencil exam. Again, just think common sense and you will be fine.

Cool, I can handle that. What is the passing score on this test, anyone know? About bow hunting.....I am very interested in bow hunting. I know one of my buddys that hunt actually prefers hunting with a bow much more than a rifle or muzzleloader. I'm fixed on starting with what I have, which are my two rifles, but I will eventually hunt all season long with all three available tools. I've not shot a bow my entire life. I'd have to definately have to grow accustomed to that, but I am most certainly going to dive into it. It seems the most noble of all hunting, just my opinion, and I'm even a rifle man myself. Bows will open up a whole new world for me. I will begin looking for a good lightweight one. I'm a little guy so....ya. I think I'm ready to hunt. I'll set up my stand somewhere good after some scouting, lay out some licks and I think I'll just plop down a nice bag of corn or some oats right on the ground the mornings I hunt and sit til one comes around.
