Just wanted opinions on this budget AR. I’ve got one with a Franklin Armory binary trigger and bumpstock and it constantly empties 30 without a hiccup. Im about to take bumpstock off for legality reasons. I have all that stuff just for fun. But the main question here is what are y’all’s experiences with the brand. I always speak highly of them when people ask me. Thanks.

I won't touch the bumpstock or binary trigger...but as far as Delton goes I haven't heard anything bad from them. My LGS sells Deltons all the time and he hasn't had anybody bring a broken one back. Is it a Larue, Noveske, or Daniel Defense no it's not, but for easily 90% of gun owners a Delton or any budget friendly makers work just fine.

Got a Delton Sport, it runs fine, shoots 2 or 3 MOA, feels great with the lightweight barrel. Nothing but thumbs up from my end.

Like I said, they’re just for fun. I live on 300 acres and have an old kaolin mine to shoot down in so its not that bigga deal.

My Del-Ton lunched 2 sets of gas rings in less than 300 rounds. Del-Ton wanted it back to check it out. They returned it saying it was ok. Since then I have had no problems with it. Functions just fine.

I used a DelTon (DTI) lower for one of my builds. No problems. Basically, lowers are a commodity, and one's as good as another. IMO, the DelTon receiver markings are nicer than the Andersons ("poverty ponies"). The S&W M&P markings are even nicer.

I built a Del-ton rifle kit and it was very nice, no issues at all, and fairly accurate, usually sub MOA. Much better than the PSA kit I also built. I don't know if that is true of all of them, I have a sample of one each.

I heard somewhere that Wilson makes their barrels. Dont flame me if its just a rumor. I didn’t start it. Only passing along what I’ve heard.

I’ve had Del Ton AR15s, and they’ve been gtg. Still have a Del Ton AR 308, and it’s very accurate and properly gassed. Too many budget rifles are way over gassed, but the Del Tons have been great in this regard. Barrel on my 308 is ER Shaw according to Del Ton. Their factory is 35 miles from my house, and I’ve toured it a couple times.
