Better than a cotton sock.

If you want to carry, spend at least 10% of the cost of your gun (current new cost). If it is not worth that much, put the gun in your pants like a gansta.

Seriously, a good leather holster is worth EVERYTHING you pay for it.

What gun is it for? I got lucky on Ebay since they no longer produce it for the p230.

I have one and I think it's best application is as the car seat holster with a thumb snap. For IWB without a thumbsnap the holster gets pretty slippery.
I have one from BearClaw on order. We'll see....

I've got one, and it does double duty for my XD-9 and Kimber Pro Carry.

I bought it sized for the XD, and it works great. It works well-enough for the Kimber, and is my day-to-day concealment rig. Excellent concealment, but I wouldn't try re-holstering in a hurry. Fairly comfortable. I have worn this holster nearly %80 for the last year and a half.

I just got the Desantis insider. It is the only one I have found that works for me. I am not a big fan of nylon. But the magazine pouch is a cool idea.
