I just received a couple of CZ-52s and CZ-82s from AIM. Can anyone suggest good resources for learning how to take these pistols apart -- beyond just field stripping? If there is good information available online, fantastic. Otherwise, I can certainly purchase the material.
The 82s, in particular, came heavily soaked in oil. It's light oil and should be easy to remove once I pull everything apart. One of the 52s was just the opposite. With little to no oil/grease to preserve it all these years, I want to make sure the innards are still intact.
I've field stripped, cleaned and fired one of the 52s and 82s. My first impression is that the 82 is genuinely a nice pistol! I have somewhat small hands and this fits just perfectly. We'll see how things go after a couple hundred rounds at the range.
