I don't think their is many that care about collecting the Charter Arms revolvers so they are usually lumped into early models and late models manufactured currently.
Early models had no ejection rod enclosing under lug and where manufactured in the 70's like this one.
Recent ones manufactured currently and in the last several years by the revived company name have a full under lug like this:
