I was just gifted a new Case Peanut pocket knife in raindrop damascus. Beautiful little thing, with jigged amber bone scales, I can only guess the gifter knew of my fondness for the Case peanut in carbon steel as an everyday pocket knife. My usual edc is a chestnut bone CV peanut.
My question is, I have heard that Devlin Thomas is the supplier of damascus to Case, but I don't know much about it. What can I expect in edge holding compared to my usual Case CV steel?
This may become my Sunday-go-to meeting pocket knife.
Carl.
