I appreciate the offered help guys....They finally have everything in my house fixed except for:
1.) 2nd floor bathroom air duct leaking water. Moisture barrier is torn and its starting to get into the sheet rock. UGLY!!! I need to get to it before MOLD begins.
2.) Painting....WILL THE MADNESS NEVER END.....my wife picked the colors.
3.) Get my toilet on the 2nd floor Re-installed. You guessed it, the floor guys took it off, fixed the floor, layed the tile and left it off. I have to run downstairs every time I have to pee....does wonders for my weight problem.
4.) Re-insulate the attic, I believe this will have to wait until fall.

5.) Wood floors installed, this will be on Tuesday.
6.) Backyard....it's a jungle not fit for my dog to ???? in....so he ????s on the porch.

7.) Hotwater heater adjusted......not hard, just time consuming....Its in a crawl space.
8.) I have to cut doors to fit on 2nd floor, the jackass who owned the house before me, used after market doors, that dont fit, so they wont shut. YEAH!!!
