Did Break Free CLP Change Formula?

I received an early birthday present from a friend out of town and it was some break free clp in aerosol form. Before when I used this stuff (a year ago) I noticed it had a very strong pungent smell to it but this one has almost no smell and still foams up like the older one. Same formula?

Mine in the spray can doesn't "foam" at all, and never has. It just sprays.

If I use the little tube provided with the can it foams. If I don't use the tube, no foam.
