dillema... buy a parts kit or individual parts...

i need to pick up a rear trunion, trigger guard, bolt carrier, recoil spring, and dust cover for a 2XTM build and AK build(rear trunnion was fubar and could not get the last rivet out).
i can get all those parts for 70$ shipped, or i could order a center fire systems kit for 100$ shipped...
what should i do.

Just get a whole new kit, you might need the other stuff later or you could always sell what you don't use.

thats true, so for 30$ i get the whole front barrel assembly/trunnion, FCG and saftey selector(all other parts are being salvaged for other builds.

well, i pulled the trigger and ordered another kit...

maybe i will make a bastardized pisto1 build out of the barrel, an trigger/saftey selector.
is there any real reason other than cosmetics to have a dust cover on it?
