Dillion email and good phone#

    I can't make contact with Dillion. Does anyone have a good email or phone #. Website did not help!

    you just have to sit on hold , BTDT 33 mins today 59 mins last Fri.

    Argus6, all i'm able to get is a busy signal. Do I hold on the busy signal?

    When I used to have Vonage I had that problem some times. Try calling from another number if that's the case.

    as yotehunter1983 said sounds like it might be on your end, I can get through after 9a.m. cst seems like anytime I try. I put the magjcjack phone on speaker and surf the web while waiting.

    This is messing with the guys at Dillon too, seems like the have to use their cells if they want to call out, have had 2 call backs now from them and it's hard not to save their cell #'s :evil:

    Last week it took me 3 days of trying just to get on hold. Busy signal, redial, over and over and over gain.

    They're swamped. Took me a couple days of persistence to get through. Be patient...

    There phone system will only take up to 30 calls at a time I sent them an email and got a reply in 2 days and was able to fix the problem.

    Keep calling until you get their voice message prompt. Best to be on speaker phone-20-45min...Bill.

    Thanks again, with your help I finally was able to at least get an email in to them. Now I patiently await a reply.

    I posted a question on their forum a week ago and still no answer. I understand that they're so busy that the calendar girls are helping out in shipping.
