Distill the VT "gun free zone" policy into a sentence, or an image

How about 2 signs: one has the word murder with a "no" symbol over it and the other has a gun with a "no" symbol over it. The caption would read: If this doesn't work, why would this work?

Why don't they just put up a sign that says, "No murders allowed"?
