The Republicans were just trying to put the axe to Clinton cause he was their enemy and the blue dress incident was just their best shot at doing it. As he was a traitorous SOB who was doing everything he could to strip me of my rights, I have no problem with that, but the socialists who are pushing the evil slaveowning bit are doing so to destroy my rights.
There is a little bit of a difference between the two situations.
