Do "ban states" still care about pre-ban mags?

I have several pre-ban Glock mags, and I'm wondering if someone in a restricted state might be able to make use of them. Does anyone know if this is a worthwhile track to pursue?

I live in a Ban State, Massachusetts, and as long as they are in fact pre-ban and the buyer has the correct license (LTC-A) they can be sold to them.

i know they still care in my part of NY. luckily for me, guys and gals in free states who replaced their old ones have been generous enough to help us out in more restrictive states
