Do handguards for the AR15 and AR10 interchange? (And other AR questions)

Or not? I.e. Will an AR15 handguard fit on a DPMS AR 10 style?

Also, does a low-pro gas block have to come off to install a handguard, or will most handguards slide over the low-pro without removal?

Also, what tool(s) do I need to install/un-install non-standard handguards? (I.e. not the standard ones with the spring-loaded retention rings?)

They won't fit and the tools you need depend on the hardware on the aftermarket handguard. Most free float handguards use allen head screws.
