I would report it to all pertinent law enforcement agencies. While they may or may not be able to do anything, you will at least be able to have things officially on the record. This way if something does happen and he does show up you can point back to the police and say. "look, I told you all what was going on. I was worried enough to contact you all." God forbid that you have to draw down on this guy, it would give you a good place to fall back on.
