I didn't say anything of the sort.ConstitutionCowboy ...So, you do agree that some justices on the Court don't follow the Constitution.
Nope. Same nonsense. Same ignorance.Imagine that! I've been right all along! ('Course I knew that already.)
Once again, you have no grasp of reality.Seems like my 'fantasy world' isn't so fanciful after all -
Where? Try Article IIIunless, of course, you can show me where in the Constitution the Court has been granted power to use foreign law, or legislate from the bench, etc.
Once again you don't exhibit the slightest understanding of what the USSC actually does. The only way the USSC can affect legislation is by court challenge.........they don't just sit and wait around and say "Hey! lets reverse us some legislation!". If a law is passed by Congress, signed by the President and is challenged...........then and only then would a federal court get to hear the case.
Doubtful.Ah, but since there is no such thing, you'll just ignore me.
True, but sadly, you riding herd on the Constitution is like a seven year old managing a nuclear power plant. You both would have no idea what you are doing.I'll keep my user name as it is. Someone needs to ride herd for the Constitution.
