The site seems kind of odd to me. Isn't there a way to tell how long a domain has been registered and who owns it? I am just trying to figure out if any of this information is legit.

Cliff Notes, Hilary Clinton's Small Arms Treaty did not go the way she wanted, so now she is trying to implement some plan known as the programme that is even more nefarious than the original deal. Apparently, she plans on talking about this at the next UN meeting on August 27, 2012-September 7, 2012.

They are just bouncing IP's and is likely a hoax! They are looking for something and you'll need to spend some quality time finding the real owner/operators.
