So I'm kind of new to concealed carry and I'm messing around with different holsters and whatnot. Ive landed on the Winthrop dual snap leather holster for my sr9c, but now im looking for something for my that's much smaller and easier to manage for a ruger lc9...
Here's my problem. Everything Ive found (with the exception of another Winthrop) is based on a clip, and not a snap. For some reason (keep in mind im pretty large so this is a one handed procedure) I simply cannot get a clip inside my waistband and around my belt to save my life... So what I end up having to do is put the clip on my pants or shorts first, then put them on, and then wear my gun. Is this how others do it? Most of these clips are built the same way. What do we think?
