Does anyone have a partial listing of S&W 1076's that went into Federal Service?

I'm looking at a 1076, which DOES have the warning on it, so it is not an FBI gun, but clearly appears to have been in some branch of the Federal Service?? The serial number is TFE123x.

Can anybody suggest what branch of the Federal service this gun might have gone to??
