Does anyone remember a blowgun/slingshot hybrid?

In what way? It works like any other gun. The trigger releases the the rod that is under tension from the tubing, which forces the air into the chamber, firing the dart. Similar to a crossbow.

Hey guys, I hope is not considered a Necro.

I just got one of these and was wondering if anyone could tell me how long their tubing straps were...

i had one too they were pricey at the time, 100.00 or so a lot back then, they were bad ass mine is in a friends closet in sac , with a trident three shot cross bow pistol.they were pulled because they will shot strait through the weave of a bullet resistant vest. aka. "cop killer".

buy a roll of sergical tubing at anny hardware or sporting goods , fishing supply, cut the tubes to fit snug ,but not tight when the gun is un cocked,

Finally, I Found Someone Who Remembers!

I, couldn't believe how little knowledge there was on this subject.

I, remember being at XXXXX Indoor Gun Range in XXXXXX, Texas....."Hey, Patrick. I've got something to show you before ya'll leave." XXXX, then pulls one out from under the counter. I, was amazed that it had the versatility for blow gun ammo, it being made from one possibly.( Ya know, I could never fire one of those neon, plastic tipped darts. Always, I, felt as though something ruptured in my head, each attempt I made at it.) XXXX, then quickly ran to the counter to take care of the last shooter coming from the range in the back and locked the door behind him. He produced one dart and handed it to me. He looked at my father and told him it was the last one: however, there were packs of them for sale two rows over. ROFLMFAO!!! XXXX, grabbed a pack of paper targets from a shelf, tore them open, and taped one on the cinderblock wall inside the shop. I, don't remember where on the target it hit. I, do remember seing a neon pink cone fly over my right shoulder then, my left and disappearing to play pinball in some shelves. XXXX, rushed to see the entry hole in the block behind the target. The dart gun was gone as quickly as it came into my life. I, was then sent on a hunt for the neon cap. Dad went to have a smoke, while we closed up. XXX told him something like 15 X 5 before he passed the doorway. Later Dad came back inside with a cup of coffee from the fast food place next door. He always did love those hot teenage girls and not their crappy coffee. "Not much goin' on next door," he said. "I, marked the brick where it appears to have exited.. I'm not for certain though." While they got the vehicles started and talked about bad coffee and legs how they liked'em...foot on one end and...you know, I, verified the exit hole. Unbelievable!!! I'm sorry that I, don't have the answer. Twenty three years later and I still don't know ...where?
I, hope ya'll enjoyed one of my many life's adventures with the mythical antics of my Father and his Friends.

I'd love to find a Megadart somewhere. It would be great fun and I could play with modified darts to exploit it's potential even more.

awesome. I have a .45 caliber blow gun that I target shoot with. Accuracy isn't the best (mostly my fault I'm sure) otherwise it would be great for varmint control. Seeing this thing reminded me to take it out and shoot it again.
