Does customer service factor in your handgun purchase?

I used to not worry about it, but I have come to appreciate good customer service over the years.
The worst customer service I ever experienced is a tossup between Taurus and Beretta.
The best being Springfield and (don't hate me) Hi Point.
Those are the only ones I've dealt with that I can recall right now.
