I rented it last night but Wifey wouldn't let me watch it. Seems The Bachelor and King of Queens was more important:fire:. I'll try to watch it tonight.

Tangentially - on the subject of gun movies - the local film critic knucklehead said this about "Secondhand Lions": "Duval and Caine make the film watchable, but there's too much gunplay for the movie to truly be the child-friendly entertainment that it pretends." Maybe so, but that sounds like a good reason for adults to go see it!

Excellent "B" movie- "Night of the Living Dead" with werewolves instead of zombies. Lots'o good clean killing fun (no need to feel bad about zombies or werewolves).

Balog, Keith WATCH closer, it is a G-3 trust me I own the movie.

Actually I've never seen the movie, and I didn't say it was an L1A1. I only said that the L1A1 was called the SLR by the Brits. Maybe you need to READ closer :p JK, but I've gotta say this thread has really got me interested. I'll have to rent it.

Finally got around to watching this movie on DVD. I wish I had sooner. GREAT "B" movie. I was very pleasantly surprised.

BTW: The producers do acknowledge that they took the name from the Lakota in their commentary. There's also quite a bit of other "homages" to other films in the movie. I only caught a couple on my own.

Well, my version is the "Directors Cut" and in that, it's an L1A1. It's only in the cheap discounted version that it's a G-3!

Also, in my version there's more women, and they're naked, and have really cool guns and their heads explode...

uuuuhhh.....O.K. keith.. Doctor ahhh doctor..Please get keith's med's, I think he spit them out earlier.:D

Just saw this film for the first time tonight and it is very good. :) Picked up a few lines from ALIENS (short controlled bursts) but a good, fun movie.

When the werewolf took the shotgun, blasted it and threw it back into the cabin, I thought that I was going to bust a rib. :D

In the best traditions of British horror - low key and funny.

Did anyone spot that the lead is the son of one of the great Dr. Who's? 'Captain Ryan' is also pretty famous in my part of the world.
