I have a Don Hume molded leather H721 holster. It was for my Ruger LCR and fit perfectly. I swopped the LCR for a S&W 642 and the 642 is slightly loose in the holster (Surprise, Surprise). How can I re-mold the holster to make it fit the 642 better?

Not really. Their holsters are pretty stiff. My advice is to just buy their 642 holster. That said, they make great quality holsters at a very reasonable price. My Makarov holster has held up amazingly well over several years of use. So has my father's. I would recommend their products to anyone.

I bet you could sell the LCR one here pretty quick and get most of the $ new 642 one back. Their holsters have good reps and resale is good
