Here's the thing: I want something new to play with. I have a Saiga in 7.62x39 and an SAR-1. I was going to sell or trade the Saiga but I've been thinking maybe I should sell or trade the SAR-1 instead, since the Saiga is in better condition, then I would just convert the Saiga. Then again I could just refinish the SAR-1 and call it good. What would you guys do?

Keep the Saiga and put an RPK fully adjustable rear sight or a scope on it.
I still have my .410, my 7.62X39, and my .308 Saiga long guns.
I sold my 12 guage though.

Well, since the kit ban went into effect, I would (reluctantly telling the truth), would hang onto both until prices stabilized from the lack of cheap AKs, then sell one.....

I'd hold onto the Saiga. Saiga isn't being imported anymore by EAA and prices have shot up on stock and modified units. You can probably sell it for more than you paid for it now, or hold out and it'd likely rise a bit more in price. Of course, there are rumors someone is going to get importation rights so if they manage that, Saigas will likely go back to the prices they were available at last year. That's based off a monetary decision.

I'd keep both :D
