Have no idea on the audio equipment my friend has but its all top notch stuff. He had remote mics and Go-Pros goin along with his Nikon DSLR. We love to shoot guns and he loves to shoot videos and pics of us shooting guns, he shoots as well.

The Clif Bar company better pay us off that, lol

Thanks. The reason I ask is because I shoot both too. :D the sound is very vibrant and atmospheric and your friend did an excellent job filming. Has he done any more videos?

I think most all of the posts are correct. Some people fear for lack of knowledge. Some fear because someone they know died as a result of a gun. Some fear because they are really loud. Some fear because they don't believe they have the capacity to competently handle a firearm safely. Some fear because they are taught to fear. Some fear simply because they are weak minded. There are a million phobias out there. And most make little sense to me and many others. For instance, I have ZERO fear of snakes. Poisonous or constrictors. I would handle or catch anything on the planet. But I definitely have respect for them and therefore handle every snake I catch with great respect. Even grass snakes. The same thing holds true for all weapons that I hold in my hand.

People can fear anything. To us the fear may be unfounded. To them, being around a gun is as fearful as being thrown in a pit of rattlers.

But don't mistake fear for hatred. Most anti's (espacially in government) fear/hate guns for the power they represent. The people's power.

Just look at the fun my friends and I had yesterday.

I dont think any 2 guns were the same.

It is lack of exposure to them and no opportunity to pursue shooting sports particularly in larger urban areas of most states. In large cities exposure to guns is limited to when one is brandished along with command for: money, car, other valuables or in association with illicit drug sales plus gangland violence. It is no wonder people from such areas hate guns. Unless more people are recruited into the sport and given opportunity to enjoy it gun ownership in America will become distant memory second amendment or not.

Get this video guy to a USPSA, 3Gun, and Steel Challenge Matches!

You get video of this quality with that fantastic audio reproduction and the shooting sports could go big league.

I agree!

It's also insecurity, how many times I have heard people say, I could never have one in the house, because if I lost my temper I would be afraid I could shoot someone. That has to be one of the stupidest misconceptions that ever exhisted. i always ask them how many people they have stabbed to death?
For some reason guns are very misunderstood, some believe that just having one leads to using it.
I find it a common thought amongst many people who don't own guns.
They also watch too much TV, and believe the politicians that tell them these things, along with other biased media run by The same crowd of gun grabbers.
