Is there a reasonably priced ( like stoeger) double barrel 12 that has ejectors? The idea of having to manually pull out the shells seems to be a pain in the rear and reloading taking much longer.

In addition I might as well throw in the question that if there is not, is there a single shot 3.5" capable that has one? I'm not really looking for cowboy action or anything just something to add to the collection.

I have an OLD H&R 410 bore and LOVE it. Quick to shoot, but damn that ammo is getting costly...

The Stoeger and the Remington (Baikal) Spartan are two I know that are available with ejectors, and won't break the bank. I have had one of each with no problems at all. The Russian gun was better than I expected in the looks department, and the slightly larger trigger guard was great for gloves.
I think most all single shots that I have ever seen had an ejector. Pretty easy to design and build with a single shot.

Get a used Savage 333 for around the same price and you'll have a much better shotgun made by Valmet that has ejectors.

H&R makes some singles with 3.5 chambers, but be for warned you don't know what recoil is untill you have touched off a 3.5 turkey load in a 5 1/2 pound singleshot:what:.....LOL. I am 5'11" 300 lbs. I shot 27 10 gauge slugs off a bench in one setting. I go to the range and run 20 rounds through my 338 win mag for "strees releif",but unless some one is in danger or we're starving I won't shoot a 3.5 in a light single again.Shooting is suppose to be fun.3.5 loads in a single shot Ain't!

LOL, in all fairness to H&R/NEF their Topper Deluxe with 3 1/2 inch chamber is a bit heavier, as is the 12 ga 3 1/2 inch Turkey gun because they both have weighted stocks. They also come with recoil pads. They still kick, though. I've got several single-shots and love them.

I once thought I would like ejectors rather than extractors. After I got my Citori, the first thing I did after shooting it was change them over to extractors. What a pain in the butt to pick up all that crap, have them pop out and hit you in the face, eject into the bushes, blah blah blah. It ain't worth it.

In my experience, the only people who like ejectors are slobs who never pick up their empties.
