Got some of their 158 gr JHP ammo. Was able to fire two cylinders before giving up. Primer metal flowed into the firing pin hole, locking up the cylinder. They average 1336 fps and are actually comfortable to shoot. Gold Dot bullets.
I'll go back to my handload, 10.4 gr Accurate #5 with a Speer 140 gr JHP and Rem. 1 1/2 primer, for 1288 fps and 511 ft-lb energy.
I've tried their ammo in my .45s with great results. All other ammo in my Mod. 19 works fine. Guess it's just too hot for this revolver.
