For some reason DPMS made their AR-15 Oracle model gas block rail with a height lower than reciever height rail. This complicates the buying of a rail mount sight set.
How does one buy the correct sight to match up with the standard height rear sight (which I already have)? What does one ask for?
I did notice Brownells has a clamp on riser block- would this solve the problem?
Thanks for the help!

Thanks for input.
I measured mine and it appears to be "roughly" 5/16" lower than the reciever rail. I say roughly bc my straight edge hits the handguard and I have to guess a little.
I picked up a "USMC" marked folding rear sight the other day at the gun show. It is marked with 2-8 graduations. I think it is pretty nifty. Now I'm trying to find a front sight to make it work out.
I have a scope on it now, but am old school and like aperture sights.
Thanks again

Most railed gas blocks have been lower than the railed section of the receiver (which railed forearms duplicate). This is why many flip up sights are available in two heights; one for railed forearms and the other (taller) version for railed gas blocks. For example:
