Just wondering if it would be technically unrealistic (or just plain dumb) to desire a laser-based practice system where the following would happen: When the beam would strike a given receptor cell on a transparent target panel, it would cause that cell to release a spring-loaded "punch" that would knock a small hole through bullseye paper mounted immediately behind the transparent target panel.
I like the "paper-punch feedback" one gets at the range, and this seems like a way to dynamically simulate that experience in a quiet, unleaded way.
What do y'all think? Does something like this already exist?
