I have an FAS 6004 that I got a few months ago. I guess I've fired things with lighter triggers once or twice, but it's probably lighter than average firearm shooters are used to. If I was going to let someone else shoot it, I'd prefer that they do a couple of dry-firings first to minimize the chance of a pellet going into the ceiling lights or something, if they're not used to light target triggers. Would that be harmful to this sort of action?

I don't know what a FAS 6004 is?

But if it's a spring or gas piston barrel or lever single stroke cocker, NEVER EVER dry fire it!!!

If it's C02, gas charged, or pump-up pneumatic, have at it.

No, rc, you were not wrong, I was just agreeing with you and stating what kind of pistol tho OP had.

Wait, maybe you were wrong, by thinking you were wrong. LOL
