OK, so I've taken the plunge on making my own BP. Never mind why, it is just fun, takes reloading to a new level... So, I'm making some small batches to test various corning methods, etc and this drying time is almost more than I can take!
I'm wondering what methods people use to dry their fresh powder and if it has any effect on the resulting powder. I read some people say slow drying makes better powder or that sun drying will degrade the powder. OTOH, I see on fireworks websites people using small ceramic heaters to blow warm air through a drying "oven". So, to those who mix their own, what say you? How do you dry your powder?
