A person can only conceal carry a gun that is registered to themselves, correct? If so, is it possible to get duel owership on a handgun? I'm curious if there is a way that the wife and I can both carry the same gun (not at the same time of course).
3. Is it okay if I loan my pistol to a friend?
MCL 28.432 An individual can carry, possess, use or transport a pistol belonging to another individual, if the pistol is properly licensed and inspected under the Act, and the individual carrying, possessing, using or transporting the pistol has obtained a license to carry a pistol concealed permit from Michigan.
Really? So anyone with a CCW can carry anyone else's gun as long as it is registered. That seems pretty liberal, no pun intended.
