Has anyone used this product. I'm thinking of tring it on my wifes .22 rifle (she wants Auburn colors in a tiger strip pattern :p) and maybe offering the service in my area. (no one else does)

Dura-Cote is a great finish if properly applied. I would, however, go with crimson and white over Auburn's blue and orange in tigerstripes.

Ive used gunkote and am thinking of duracoat. ive heard amazing things about it but i dont have anything to apply it with. but on the other hand id go with red and black. go dawgs!

I did my Remington 700 SPS Varmint in Duracoat ACU digital. The most critical part is prepping the surface properly.

Used Dura-Cote and GunKote several times.

Personally I think Gunkote holds up a bit better to hard wear and tear, but they don't have the color selection.

The key to a good finish with either product is proper metal prep work, take your time and do NOT take any short-cuts.
