Anyone apply DuraCoat for a fee?
I want to put Gun Blue color Lauer DuraCoat on the bead-blasted brass backstrap and trigger guard from a Uberti Millenium Cattleman (SAA clone) revolver.
Looking at the prices of supplies and equipment, I think I would rather have it done by someone who is already competent with the stuff, and it might even cost less I'd pay to get the everything I need to do it myself. I don't have immediate plans to DuraCoat anything else, and my garage is full of enough stuff!
Anyone know where I could get this done? I'm in San Diego, but I don't mind shipping these things since they're not too big and not legally a firearm.
Thanks!
Barry
