So I pulled all the data on NFATracker.com for Form1 and Form4 approvals in the last few months looking only at E-Form approvals.

There are two populations, the main one around 94 days and much smaller group running just over a month.

I was wondering if these were early forms selected to test the system but that idea does not pan out as they were submitted recently.

Looking at the main body of approvals, two things are noticeable. The system is getting faster and they may be alternating which examiners work on e-forms. Dana Pickles for example seems to do a bunch and then not work on them for a while, then do a bunch again.

Only time will tell if they are really "faster" or its just a bunch of lucky people chosen for testing/training of the Eforms.

I've submitted two Eform 1 on 9/30 and one on 10/30 so we shall know if its real or not.

I've two paper form 4 one in April, the other in July that haven't come in yet :(

Seems rather unfair to me to let people using Eforms "cut to the head of the line".

I'm behind a firewall but it looks like my employer has resolved their DNS issues.

I have 3 pending Form 1s from February and I just had an old school dealer insist on a paper Form 4 for a machine gun a few weeks ago so I know how you feel. I have 8 pending, all but one, predate my two e-forms.

I submitted a Form 4 on Feb 22 and received the approved form on Dec 6. All of you look pretty good to me.

I submitted a form 1 for a silencer on June 10th and an eform 1 for a silencer on November 22. We'll see which one wins.

I guess the big question is that having worked so hard to get the E-form system up and running (Quite Well), are they going to undermine it with rule changes for trusts?
