Bug warning for those using E-forms!

I filled out two e-forms in September and saved them as drafts (I needed to double check serial numbers and measurements before final submission) and then submitted them. At that point, one moved from my Draft folder to my Pending Folder, and the other (the first one approved) appeared in both draft and pending. 91 days later my first form was approved and moved from Pending to Approved. At that point, I deleted the draft copy in the draft folder (which was incomplete) and that caused my Approved one to disappear as well! Obviously there was some kind of bug. Fortunately I had already downloaded it and I've copied it to multiple computers and a cloud service. I'd be very upset if I had not done that!

If you see a copy of the same form (even different drafts) in more than one folder, I wouldn't try to delete any of them if I were you!

I had a different "bug." One of my Form 4's was approved and all of the PDF's have the "Draft" watermark on them.

I have sent them an Email and they are "working on it."

On the day mine was approved it had the draft watermark but not the next day.

Do they send me an Email if they are approved or do I have to keep checking?

I've got two that are approaching 90 days.

I get notification emails when my eF2's and eF3's have been approved. Keep an eye on your SPAM folder too, some folks have reported their email systems routed the notifications there until they added the email address to the "good" list.
