Eastern Arms is listed in one reference as coming from Iver Johnson, I believe that is in error, Iver Johnson only furnished Sears firearms for one year around 1910, and then canceled their contract ( after winning a lawsuit ). Your shotgun was made by one of two makers .Stevens, or Meriden Firearms Co. I think Stevens becasue Meriden closed their doors in 1915 and I believe your shotgun dates to the late 1930s. As posted, it is really rare to find one new in the box and there are those who collect "Trade Names / Store Brand " shotguns and to one of those individuals your shotgun would bring a premium, but and this is a real big but, the problem is finding them. Even then the value would not be that much higher.
