When not at work: my Schrade Junior Stockman I've had for gotta be around 20 years now (first pocketknife, given to me by my Grandfather, back when they were still USA-made with good steel) in the watch pocket and a Case Yellow-handle Pen Knife in CV steel in another pocket.
At work: a Case Small Stockman Amber Bone in SS (when I actually need "sharp") and a CRKT Drifter for general cutting tasks. Also, much of my work requires me to wear my pack, so I have my Leatherman Wave on the chest strap. I tend to use the Drifter for rough cutting / cardboard / and as a spoon for my lunch, while the Stockman is more for cutting cord and digging out splinters.
Guaranteed, if I'm dressed I've got at least one (most likely two) knives on me.
Side note, just because I usually carry two knives, I no longer loan them when someone asks for one. Especially in my line of work, if you don't have your own knife, I don't trust you with mine that I spend time caring for and sharpening.
