Edge Pro vs. Wicked Edge

I've been on the fence about purchasing a WE. This thread pushed me over that edge, I believe. Time to scour the gun safes and the knife safe for something to sell I guess.

Before THR I was happy with a couple of Kershaw's and an India stone...

Strops Update

Going from the 600 grit diamond stone to 14/10 micron strops, followed by the 5/3.5 micron strops produced a scary sharp edge. I think I'm still going to get the 800/1000 grit stones to further polish the edge before hitting it with the strops just make it look prettier.

Like I always say, if the knives in the safe
aren't as sharp as they could be,
then why do you have them?

No, not really. I don't own a knife safe. I own only 4 knives,:
a 3.5" folder EDC (Manix 2), 5" SOG SPE, and a 9.5" Ontario SP53.
(Fourth is for sale.)

But they're all sharp.

And the EsKabar, Izula and ESEE 3 to come will be, too.

It was too late when I ordered the WE.

I got the 2 new Moras today and they're pretty sharp but I know I can make them sharper! Will start a new thread about them.
