I have a friend who is weeding out his inventory and has a Thompson Center tc3-87 he offered to me for 400.00. It is in virtually "unfired" condition, with a .22-250 barrel and a nice stick of wood. I have searched this forum with few results and google didnt turn up much more than rifles for sale and a few opinions. Not looking for a debate on the worthiness of single shots, just info on this specific model. Anything you can offer will be appretiated. Thanks in advance!

$400 is a fair price. Does it have double triggers and a cheek piece on the stock? I have one in 22-250 and one in 270. They are both well used and I wouldn't let them go for that.
Some folks can't get over the safety, which can be a little awkward, but once you get used to it, it's not that bad.

Thanks Fordisto, yes it has the raised cheep piece and ebony tip and double set triggers...for 400 bucks i think ill jump on it.
