We took a hike first thing in the morning over in West Lafayette and then the blonde bought me breakfast downtown (even put a candle in my oatmeal). She went to work (she's a artist/muralist, does paintings/murals for doctors and lawyers, or their wives) and I went to the range.

I had to "test fire" my nephew's compact 10/22 and some new guns I've pick up. In addition, I only manage to break one firearm, a Smith revolver. Breaking one firearm a trip is the norm for me.:D

Back in the office to clear the desk and then I'm off to dinner. My parents are coming up for sushi at 5:30 (and dad wants to look at the new Sportman's Warehouse here in Lafayette, no doubt the old man will walk away with something while I stand there and saying "hey, it MY birthday."):D .
