Electric clay throwers

I am looking for an electric clay thrower, but want one that is powered by AC so I can just plug into an electric outlet rather than work off a battery. Does anyone make this?

I've been looking for a pair of those too but haven't found anything yet. An alternative would be using either a transformer with a sufficient amp rating or a battery with an electronic charger like CTEK to keep it topped up. Providing that you're looking for a (semi-)permanently mounted solution and not greater mobility without having to bring a battery with the thrower.

I guess I just never thought about it, but a quick-and-dirty web search shows that most (all?) of those things are 12VDC powered, no doubt because most shooters have to haul them out to a field someplace to use them. I could not find any specs on input current requirements, but that said, I still would guess that it would be relatively easy to find a power supply that would run one of these things. The power supply, of course, would get plugged into an outlet. Doing it that way would still give you the full selection of available units. Anyway, good luck!
