No, but there's still a guy sitting in the driver's seat, turning the wheel with his hands, shifting the gears with his hands and depressing the accelerator with his foot.

In most of the nation it costs more per pound of deer meat than beef, and much more than chicken and pork.

That's very true.
However, the fact remains that hunting and competition are two different things. If we say, "We're going to have a competition to see who is the best" why would we try to take every human element possible out of the equation? Just kind of defeats the entire purpose IMO.
 
i don't see electric triggers as taking the human element out of the equation. since the beginning of time, sight alignment and trigger control are the essentials of marksmanship. all this does is make trigger control slightly easier by taking mechanical slop out of the equation.

now an electric trigger like the tracking point has, is definitely taking the human element out of the equation, and no surprise, they've already been banned from PRS matches.
