Enfield (Ishapore) needs extractor spring

Hello all! It's been ages, but I like saving up for an obscure question.

What extractor spring do I need and where would I find it for an Enfield (7.62x51 Ishapore conversion)?

Also, are these bad boys .308-safe?

Id try Numrich for the parts. Probably your best bet.

I had one of the "Jungle" versions when they first came out, and had a lot of problems with it. Feeding and headspace were the main problems, which pretty much covers everything. Had to replace the mag too.

I would definitely get the headspace checked. Mine was having case head cracks/separations on the first reload. I believe its easily corrected, "if" you can find the bolt heads to do it.

As for the extraction and ejection? The guns were designed for a rimmed case, the 308/7.62 isnt, and I think thats a good bit of the trouble there. Hope you have better luck.

So the exploded view and parts list for Enfields on Numrich does not list an extractor spring. Simply a broken extractor? Help please!
