We're loving the new .500s but that dang bolt/cylinder lock dropping out even with light loads is a PAIN
Smith as you recall added some enhancements to their later guns including EXTENDING the cylinders bolt lock cut outs but ignored it on the .500s!!?? !
Yeah, I called the S&W folks sometime back and they gave me the "we've got the video" bs story that it's the operators fault
That don't cut it guys, both of us here have been blasting 454 Casulls and largers since the freaking Bi-Centenial!
It appears to me that a trip the the machine shop is in order for an aftermarket enhancement!
